Shipping and Exchanges

SHIPPING
All Sheila-Madge, products are produced locally in Pretoria, South Africa. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.

NATIONAL ORDERS
• All national orders are shipped to your door free of charge with our reliable courier, MDS Collivery.
• Please note that all made-to-order products have a lead time as indicated and will be produced accordingly before being dispatched.
• Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2 – 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• International orders are shipped to your door with our reliable courier, MDS Collivery and/or their international partners.
• Once dispatched, your order is expected to arrive within 7 – 10 working days provided that the product is in stock.
• Please note that all made-to-order products have a lead time as indicated and will be produced accordingly before being dispatched.
• Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are, therefore, the buyer’s responsibility.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number that can be used online to track your order. The online tracking system will be available only once the parcel is scanned, which can take up to 12 hours.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of delivery for national orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached. To request an exchange, please send an email to sheilamadgedesign@gmail.com with your order number, and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange. We will arrange for collection from your address at a cost of R90, and deliver your exchanged item again free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund, but if you don’t want to order something else immediately, your account will be loaded with the amount of your return to be used at any time in the future.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send an email to us at sheilamadgedesign@gmail.com with a description of the defect, and we will get in contact with you to facilitate an exchange. Please remember that many garments are hand-printed, hand-embroidered, or re-fabricated by hand, which means that small variations might occur in various garments.
